How to build a solid wooden raked transom (for an 8` dinghi ,solid lapstrake planking/copper rivets... ) ?Plan calls for bend plywood over frame. I donīt want to use ply, so which way to go? Steam bend planks notched together, carving out of thik solid wood or... ?

We've got a group that meets at my shop once a week, and one of the guys wanted exactly what you're talking about, a curved as well as racked transom on an 8' skiff.
What he did was make up 3 panels roughly the size of the transom. Each panel consisted of 3 or 4 pieces 3/16" thick edge glued together. After these panels were cured, they were simply glued and bent over a form with inside and outside layer going horizonal and the middle layer vertical.
