Floozie’s rails done pic’s

Thanks for all the encouragement and for the other pics of carved dolphins .
I just finished Floozie’s hand rails and I wanted to let you guys see how they turned out.

They aren’t bolted on yet I still have work to do inside and I also need to give the cabin top
A layer of glass and paint it before I put the rails on permanently... smile.gif smile.gif ..Phil

I LIKE 'em! Really match the character of the boat! It seems that last we saw, you were still "mocking up" that wheelhouse? Fast work! And you built it as a "modular" unit, not right on the boat? You trust in your measuring skills way more than I did, that's for sure! I never made the final cuts on ANYTHING 'till it was ON the boat... ;)

Art I wish I could trust my measuring that much but I did it piece by piece starting with the corner posts.
The cabin is going to end up as a modular unite though because I have to remove it to get the boat out of the garage. I am going to jack it up suspend it from the ceiling move the boat out ,then lower the cabin on to a dolly to get it out of the garage . Then I may build an aframe to lift it or get a bunch of neighbors and a case of cold ones I’ll cross that bridge when I get to it.
