I am looking for a Clipper boat model to do with my daughter. The nickname of her elementary school is the Clippers. Attached is a picture of their logo. I would prefer to do it out of wood (NOT PLASTIC!!!!!)
I have looked at many websites but have not found any that are of interest. Your help is appreciated.

I think you may have to build one from scratch. A lift model is not that difficult to make. Most wooden ship kits I've seen involve a fair amount of carving anyway. My 2 cents.

I make models (small ones, lod 6" to 15" plus bowsprit) from lumber odds and ends. Made 6 of them for Xmas gifts in the last few weeks, yawls, schooners, ketchs, cats, etc. Its quite easy to just fashion a generic design without it being a replica boat of a specific historical vessel. I use red cedar 2x4 or 4x4 for the hull, shape it with the band saw and belt sander. The cedar is very easy to work with and very attractive with a coat of varnish. For sails I use unprimed artist's canvas and rig it with upholstery thread. How big did you have in mind?
