Boathouse Plans

Does anyone remember plans for a boathouse made from plastic sheeting and bowed wooden frames? I thought that the plans were highlighted in WB multiple years ago. As I remember it the design got a favorable review for both strength (able to handle snow) and frugality. I have searched both online and by hand and am beginning to doubt my memory.

One of our Forumites has such a structure over his boat. Don't recall his name, but I do remember that he includes posts of his dog each time he posts a picture. Think the dog's name is Finbar. Maybe someone else will be able to guide you to one of his postings.

I will try to find Ed Harrow's description. Has anyone built Stimson Marines's design?
