I walked into the foundry with my pattern yesterday, had a 1 hour tour, looked at hundreds of 'old' marine patterns and an in depth look at how they do it.Then I was told they could cast it without modification( to the pattern.. I expected to have to cut some more tapers) and that today is the day they're casting ali bronze. :D
