Personally??... wood good concrete bad... repeat wood good concrete bad... make this your mantra! repeated continuously whenever you start thinking about concrete floors... wood good concrete bad... :(
Some may dispute that but take it from one who is now going through the bad concrete floor syndrome  ... wood good concrete bad...
Wood good if wood bad just pull up wood replace wood and wood good  ... concrete bad... concrete bad... concrete bad... when concrete bad many problems :( ... not want to talk about concrete bad.... concrete bad cause problems with sanity... problems with hoons... problems with possumpoops... problems with stress... when concrete bad concrete really bad  ... when wood bad just replace wood and wood good
When wood bad you get to smile mutter and buy more wood and replace wood working with wood all good ;) ... When concrete bad you get to have nightmares arguments fights and thats just with possumpoops and hoons!! You also get to argue fight and have nightmares with Councils, Engineers, Surveyors, builders, concrete techs, concrete labs, building boards and many others... concrete bad need concrete pulled up totally more real hard yakka not good... sometimes can put chemical stick stuff to make better but still concrete bad means headaches for everyone!... hence wood good concrete bad... wood good concrete bad...
Wood good concrete bad!! Say it loud say it strong but for gawds sake SAY IT!!
But then maybe your set on concrete floor??... You have our sympathy... Hope it works out better than ours did.
Take it easy

As for someone who works on a concrete floor all day I will have to agree with dingo. But realize that wood will be more expensive and harder to build. If you are going to use this shed for years to come then bite the bullet and do it right. You will not regret a wood floor. If this is project specific then use a dirt floor and plastic walls and roof. If it will be storage when you are done use concrete.

Wood rot, concrete not....
A few months back i put a wood floor over the concrete pad in the garage/workshop. A big difference in comfort level, easy on the knees, dust control, and great for lofting on. I am also planning to build a bigger workshop for more ambitious projects and will definitely put in a wood floor. jimd

Comment corner: Concrete floor with layers of carpet removed from houses by carpet layers. Just stay away from dog and cat carpet. The carpet layers love you and will keep you supplied forever. I put it around all the projects and then remove it and throw it away. Nice clean floor with all glue and paint removed with ease. I even put the old pads under it for additional padding.
Find you a good apartment complex or rental unit real estate company that specialized in rentals.

Another benefit of the wood floor is that it's easy to nail/screw stuff to.
In my mind, the ideal floor would be thick (maybe 2x6) t&g decking topped by thin sacrificial pywood.
