I am getting there.One more weekend and the painting is done!Just the interior and blind part of the bottom left to do.In the water by the end of Oct. smile.gif

Colors are Hatteras off white(lighter of the 2 Hatteras colors) and Largo blue added to The Hatteras off white.20% blue to 80% off white.I-lux's brightsides paint.

Soon as I get over the builders cramps from this one and use it a bit. I will use the best of everything on the 20 and get to take my time.Hoping to have a 16x24 shed/shop for the next one.Owner of my company would like me to build it there but we know how that goes.To be there means I get to work on the welding stuff more.Plus moving it in/out of the way,etc.I know after having this to do for the last couple years is going to leave a void in the evenings/weekends.
I sure learned alot on this one and all you Simmons builders/experts were sure a great inspiration.Probably one of the most satisfying achievements to date. Then you build the one that's in the current issue of WBM put me over the top yet again so now I have to do another.I can't imagine how much easier this will be the 2nd go around. I especially like the way you fashioned the chines. That was the hardest part of the whole hull.
Ellis,are you planning to do another one any time soon?

You're right LB. That's exactly what it is.No bells/whistles. Just a good ride to the spots.I have some places where this boat needs to be launched from shore and I needed a small, light one for that reason.Wasn't sure about the colors but I couldn't decide either way so thats what I ended up with.Looks clean anyway.
