Morning stiffness

In the last year I have gone from getting up in the morning and feeling completely ready to take anything on, to needing to hobble down the steps as an old man might. My feet hurt, my legs are stiff and even my arms are stiff. I loosen up within a few minutes but what is up with that?

Whatever it is we both got it at the same time. Boy, just think what we're gonna feel like in another 50 years.

Well....okay....my back's bothering me a little bit too this morning.
I dead-lifted a floor-jack into the car--found out later that the damn thing weighs almost as much as I do.

But I'm still nearing my goal of a push-up for each birthday candle...
