I built this boat last winter with the intention of adding a removable cabin/pilothouse.

I like everything except the seats. Did you build in a storage cuddy forward of the house?

Originally I used an Igloo cooler in chocks for a helm seat. I'm hoping these comfortable Todd seats will work out better. As for storage, the space under the bow deck is pretty roomy and there is an anchor rode locker forward of that. The cuddy has room for two adults for sleeping. http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid102/p34b9902b3f037c0649ede15e7fc72a99/f9ba168e.jpg http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid102/p711134c30a06f9eb57c68d940b9fb60a/f9ba07e5.jpg

The motor is a 60hp Johnson with trim and tilt. It pushed the boat along pretty well with 3 people onboard, the weight of the cabin is about 150 pounds so hopefully the motor will still be enough.

Looks like lots of thinkology went into your work - very nice. Give us some sea trial results when you have her out next.

Build On!
