I pick him up tomorrow at 11:00. A surprise for Cheryl...

Ok, the link is too long for the forum, but it's a one year old chihauhau mix... sweet as sugar, playful, friendly and a real cuddle bunny.

Hope Cheryl likes him.

Doggie, David.

Cute little doggie. Lap dog. Something to keep the missus happy.

I'm generally vehemently opposed to giving pets as xmas gifts, but I wish you and the new pooch the very best. Truly.

A couple of years ago, my father gifted a beagle puppy to my mother for xmas. It's impossible to imagine her life without that dog now. It's arguably the best thing he's ever done for her.

Oh no! Not a Christmas present. I done got her a Christmas present.

I'm just posturing for some gratuitous nocturnal activities, deviant and exhaustive in nature.

Heck... to me it's just a dog.

We got a Christmas Kitten 15 years ago from our son, courtesy of the Long Island Animal Shelter. We were not really looking for another animal, but we still have her. The beagle and the kitten barked and hissed at each other for one day and after that ignored each other.

We remind Jessica from time to time that if it were not for us she would have been in kitty heaven long ago. She is unimpressed, and asks for shrimp.

Couldn't bring him home today. Gotta be neutralized tomorrow... It was my understanding this had already been done.

Anyway, papers signed, fees paid and tomorrow at 4:00 a groggy dog will ride home with me.

Bummer that you have to wait another day to go fetch Gromit...

Well, sorry Lisa... Lauren didn't like Gromit. I suggested Schooner and she dismissed that, too. Boy, I goofed when let her name this mutt!
