am restoring/rebuilding a William Fife designed 34 foot bermudan sloop. I've removed a pair of very hefty winches that are I think are Nevins. Probably 1960s...Chrome finish with an offset entry for winch handle. I'll try to get a photo up...I don't need them,so I'm looking for the best place to sell them. Any suggestions other than ebay? They are very heavy, as they were oversized for the yacht.
Replacement is a pair of Gibb 6CRs; I bought one at a boat jumble, one at ebay. I'm looking for more, to use as kite winches and on the mast. I'd like 6s or smaller if possible.So all you winch traders, collectors out there - can you help?
