Randy "Duke" Cunningham took $2.4 million in bribes. But he paid over $1 million to
various shadowy Republican committees.
This means that while he calling people "weak on defense" and "anti-American" so he could get more money for "defense", he was spreading that money around to contractors who kicked back big
chunks to him. He then kicked back big chunks to THE REPUBLICAN PARTY. When may we expect them to cough it up?
Meanwhile, the troops in Iraq -- too few of them -- have no body armor, no Arabic interpreters, and no armor on their vehicles.
They're the ones who made up the Cunningham shortfall, in blood.
Will you never learn that the ones who have little of substance to say but are quick with the patriotism are the most traitorous of all? Will you never demand of your congressman more than a loud voice and an enamelled lapel flag? I doubt it. Pathetic.
