Is your income tax refund a big issue? If so, you need to take a look at your accounting. I pay income tax. I can't remember the last refund I got. They don't offer a high enough interest rate for me to use them as a savings program.

Save it for something that matters. They're supposed to issue refunds for claims that might be fraudulent? If that worked I'd have about a million dollars in deductions, wouldn't you?
