    It’s being blamed on turbulence

    I have my doubts.

turbulance doesn’t usually result in evenly spaced wing rocking. I think turbulance started it and then it turned into a pilot induced oscillation.

              I say fake news!

I don't think that video will stand up to close scrutiny. If nobody else wants to bother to prove me wrong I guess I'll have to look myself.

But I will stand on the record as saying fake on first look!

I'm fairly certain the aircraft's motions are real, the cause is suspect.

Sort of makes me think of some sort of a feedback loop

That is what CK17 says it is. The feedback element is the pilot, overcorrecting.

You think that 'wing wag' was bad, try ground resonance in a helicopter.

They’re helicopter pilots... the helmets are to contain their egos.

Yes, the control response algorithm in the 320 is odd. It's easy to introduce a pattern of oscillation without realizing it. We called it "Stirring the porridge" in training. The remedy was to simply take your hand off the stick for a couple of seconds. And then change your inputs to simple nudges.
