Does anyone see any problems with overcoating west with sys 3 or the other way around? ......Either by removing the evil blush and sanding or while one is still green?

Anyone? Around here one never knows. But I don't after the base goop is fully cured, if that's any consolation. No experience with hot coating.

I see no reason to expect one wouldn't bond to the other if the surface is properly prepared - as if you were going to paint. I've used both (started with West, switched to System 3) and have seen no problems, and I've certainly at least glued to West with System 3 (if not coated). If you believe paint would work, why not believe a different epoxy would work?
Only the Chemist could supply a definitive answer, though...

Hello:
We sell about 30 different epoxies from half a dozen different formulators....
No problems with putting epoxy A over epoxy B if both are cured.
