Can someone tell me how the speedometer panel is held in the dashboard?

There are secret fasteners that only the Committee is allowed to know about.

I had done it when I had my old 245 wagon.the plastic gear broke in my odometer.
I googled for a picture so I could point out where the screws are, but in the process I found a website that tells how in detail. http://www.hyperocity.com/volvo240/volvoodometer.htm
