the texas judge who just ruled the aca unconstitutional. . .

wouldn't it have been more correct to rule the trump - ryan - mcconnell tax cut law unconstitutional?

'Judicial activism' is a phrase which means 'any decision by a judge, that I think was a wrong decision'.
