Good ones! That's funny... I awoke today from a dream of a great boat name... which now don't recall. I have, however, recently added a name to the list of potentials -- "Tobias Schmidt". Probably for a powerboat.

My dad once had a boat named "Thruster". One day it occurred to him that name might be too suggestive and he took it off. It never dawned on me until it occurred to him...

Notice that the punny embarrassing names are usually on the kind of boats that you would be caught dead on? Tacky names and horrible boats go hand in hand

"Forgive them, Father, they have no taste."

I hate to see a nice boat spoiled by a silly name. Having said that, #4 deserves it :D

A lovely thirties era barrel-backed Chris Craft on the lake I grew up on was named, "Ma's Mink". Other less elegant Chris Craft on the same lake, lotta horses under the hood, "Tom Tom" and "Firecracker".

On a powerboat seen in town the other day..."Wasted seamen"

Had a neighbor with a ferro-cement boat named "Rock Bottom".

My favorite weird but probably appropriate boat name, seen on an old, 30 something sailboat, "Never Again II."
