The wikipedia entry describing "the Devils Triangle" was edited to reflect Kavanaugh's description of the game. After Kavanaugh's testimony. The source of the edit was a congressional ip address.

Read the story here. (https://www.cnn.com/2018/09/27/politics/devils-triangle-edit/index.html?utm_source=fark&utm_medium=website&utm_content=link&ICID=ref_fark)

the edit has since been retracted. Seems some Rs can't help channeling Calvin (& Hobbes).

Republicans cheat. They always cheat. If they didn't cheat, we would have a decent president and Merrick Garland would be on the Supreme Court.

I'd always thought it was two men forcing one woman. In the vocabulary I have, ménage à trois involves three fully willing people of whatever sex or sexes. In any event, Kavanaugh is flat lying that "Devil's Triangle" is a drinking game like quarters. It usually does involve drinking, just no quarters. It certainly is fitting that a lying Republican would put into Wikipedia a falsified definition.

There's a very simple explanation for why they cheat: that's the only way they can win. Craft ballot propositions such that no means yes, require stringent ids in order to vote, close precincts, schedule road work to create mazes around those precincts still left open. And then, if you were born too close to the border, rescind your citizenship. An when all else fails, open dark channels for Russian money to support their political campaigns. Lindsey Graham himself has accepted $800,000 in money from a Ukrainian oligarch with ties to Putin, which explains why he is so willing to accept an early shutdown of Mueller's investigation. Read all about it.

It's time -- well, past time -- for all conscientious conservatives to repudiate the GOP and form a legitimate conservative political party.

Republicans cheat. They always cheat. If they didn't cheat, we would have

A decent minimum wage. Real health care instead of the insurance abuse thing we have. Clean water. Clean air. Clean shorelines. More people with decent educations, enough to know how to participate in civics. Sane gun control legislation. Sane immigration. Saner etc. More diverse Congress, more diverse SCOTUS. Way fewer lies and a whole lot less poverty and misery in America and other third world countries. Fewer people in prison. More everything at less cost.

There is an army of leftards gatekeeping wikipedia. It is a waste of time to try and correct anything there.

Leftards gatekeeping wikipedia.... Hmm. Leftards: a quaint attempt at a psuedo-originalism. Gatekeeping wikipedia? Son, I think you've been eating too much weed. I found the definition of "Devil's Triangle" long before I got to wikipedia. Looks like you're gonna have to "correct" the entirety of the interwebs -- or else take your pc back to the store where you bought it and ask for your money back.

The need to insult from a safe distance is a part of the conservative culture. Simply imitations of the carefully honed slights and digs learned and practiced at schools of privilege.

A version of patting oneself on the back and then looking around for recognition and approval. Kavanaugh is a pro at this bit, to the extent that he even wrote them in his yearbook.
Did anyone notice him looking left and right for acknowledgement after his attempted slights during his "trial"?

Devils Triangle is two on one rape...exactly what Ford is alleging.
"Boffo" is butt sex,not flatulence.

Lindsey Graham doesn’t have the courage to come out of the closet. That’s the Republican Party for you.

Leftard = someone honest? I'm good with that as opposed to those lying sacks currently in power. Must be you like lies & being lied to?

Honor & integrity are 2 words the Rep. leadership has to look up when someone uses 'em.

so who did the attempted editing? didn't see a name, could be my mistake.

It was an anonymous IP edit registered to the U.S. House of Representatives. That IP has generated a fair bit of silly and disruptive content over the past year, and has received repeated warnings, however it's impossible to link this nonsense to any one person. See HERE (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Contributions/143.231.249.133) and HERE (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:143.231.249.133).

"Anonymous from House of Representatives" - so someone (representative or staffer) from a House IP address.

From the IP's User Contributions (https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Contributions/143.231.249.133&offset=&limit=500&target=143.231.249.133), I gather the culprit has an interest in a punk band called FIDLAR, a Korean girl group called Twice, and a video game called Super Monkey Ball: Banana Splitz. So, probably not a senior staffer. ;)

Urban Dictionary has certainly been 'getting a workout' during the past few weeks. I didn't know 'Eiffel tower' as mentioned in the yearbook entries but it sure reeks of the homoerotic experience of many at all-boys schools like Kavanaugh's: https://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=the%20eiffel%20tower
