Such a fun site.

Saw my old 240z on there a few months ago. Still had the goofy switch wiring I put in it 43 years ago.

I was offered one of those back in the day. Drove it about and firmly refused it. Super 95 too. Nearly bought a 911S, untill I looked at the replacement exhaust system. More than the asking price for the car, and it needed it..

Was gonna post this elsewhere, but "bring a trailer" caught my eye. When I craigslisted my old Jeep, it ended up on BAT also.
Anyway file this under Bring A Match.

Yeah, good thing you walked away from those, 356’s and early 911’s are worthless today ;<)

Looks like a gas generator from WW11 on the back. Not seen a ply body like that before...

Would you believe one of these little horrors just fetched over 49,000 at auction?
Probably don't need a trailer- pick it up and chuck it in the boot!23561

Year, but only if I had a big barn for the last 50 yrs.. Back then, they were expensive to maintain, likely to bite you if driven to limits and there were other more sexy cars, like Lotus's. I bought a Ginetta, and loved it.

Ah, the threewheeler boom in the sixties. My Bro and a friend had Isetta ones by BMW (bet they want to forget that era) Cheap tax and low fuel consumption. But, both of them rolled theirs on occasion. No damage, just push it back on its feet and carry on.

As for that Horror. One could build one for peanuts, but nothing like having an original. Didn't J Clarkeson drive one up into the BBC offices?

Think I might have mentioned this before, but Heh! I arrived at the hanger one cold morning, kicked the genset into life and unlocked the doors. Nice red car parked among the aircraft. Looked closely and it was a Ferrari GTO. Asked the general manager and it belonged to our chairman. One Jack Sears.. No room at the farm, so parked it in the hanger.. He had raced it back in the 60s and when it was outclassed, bought it off the team and kept it. I really tried to get a drive..but no. Outside it was devine. Inside, two old bucket seats, some nice dials and a big gear lever, along with the wood rim wheel. Rest was silver painted tubing and no trim.Think he paid 6K for it.
Noticed recently that he also kept his Ford Galaxy from back then. Won the touring saloon class twice in that.

Saw a C type Jag recently, Stunning outside, nothing inside that wasn't absolutely necessary, including 2 big fire extinguishers.
