Distressed T-Bird

I saw this boat a couple of years ago, and took a pass. (Beyond my resources). There was some deck rot, but the hull seemed ok. Looks like the guy is still trying to sell. Could be had real cheap. (located 100k north of Toronto.)

Oh boy, don't tempt me - I had a T-bird for five years on San Francisco Bay, but it's too large and deep for the lakes around where I live now. They are wonderful boats, very fast (if a little funny-looking) and not hard to work on, if anyone here is tempted to rescue her.
