Judge tossed the conspiracy charge. And it took three Grand Juries before the laundering charge was returned, so it doesn't bode well for having much of a case.

It'll be interesting to see how and if this Abranoff thing unravels. John McCain got very somber when Tim Russert brought it up. sounds like the $$$ was crossing party lines so I'm guessing it goes nowhere.
