I am designing a lamp, and I want to use CFL bulbs, like your typical Philips twin-tube CFL bulb. The issue is that for the life of me I can not find any source for buying a fixture for it. Places like Home Depot have lamp making kits, but solely for incandescent bulbs. There seem to be some conversion fixtures, but only for LED lamps on incandescent parts.

Where can I find parts to make a CFL bulb lamp?

Many should go into a standard incandescent bulb fixture.

Sorry, these aren't for twin tubes.

This site has ballasts and several sites have the sockets. https://www.lightbulbsdirect.com/pluginpls/fl-pitwinballast/M1-9CFN-120

Sounds like you are after a G23 socket, try here.
