Contact Michael Kortchmar in Southold in Eastern Long Island, an excellent boatbuilder who has worked on my boats. 631-477-2466 (bus) or 516-509-2096 (cell).

Paul Rollins in York Maine, I talked to him at the Wooden Boat show in Newport, he said he has available capacity, only one boat in the shop at this time.

Another resource for you - Chip Miller and Scott Conrad at Six River Marine (http://www.sixrivermarine.com) are located in North Yarmouth, Maine. I'm a customer and can highly recommend their work.

Had no experience with them, but Dutch Wharf is in Branford, CT. Certainly close.

KevinDutch wharf is fine for replacing bright work, but I wouldn't trust them to do a proper job of a structural element on an older wooden boat. They've really become a fiberglass shop.
