have you found any rot? Mine has more rot than I'd like, but I haven't given up yet.

Any detail pics? History? Engine?

Survey, if you really don't know wooden boat construction.. get someone that knows and dig deep into the bilge, transom, keel, frames stem.... Trailers cause damage over the long term.

I will put some more pics up , It is an outboard version...with a transom modified for long shaft. The motor is a 70 hp Johnson. It was mostly indoors so I have not found much rot yet. I do plan to replace the bottom as there is one soft spot and one hole caused by an improper trailer. I have it inside with most of the interior out and the top and motor off. look for more pics soon. Thanks for any help.
