We dealt with a prototyping house in New Hampshire that had the capability to do laser-sintering which is a 3D printing process using metal powders melted into solids by a laser. Titanium was one of many powders available to them for printing. FYI - it was a solid object, not a porous one like most sintering processes. Resolution was pretty good - about Ī0.003"
