Just got tired of the CX-3 falling apart every time I hit a bump or drove through more than an inch of snow.

Bought this instead--a 2017 Honda Ridgeline AWD truck, similar to the truck in the picture.

Mine isn't new, but it only has 3900 miles.

Somebody in Alabama is doing something right--the fit and finish is outstanding.

The second generation, then? I hear they are top-notch, though I haven't driven one. Unfortunately for me - only available with a short bed. NoGo.

I was expecting something like this

or maybe this

Just a couple I saw earlier today.... look right up your alley.

They are indeed, and I hope to have a T on my property by midsummer. The Ridgeline makes getting up my long hilly driveway a manageable feat in the wintertime weather, so it was hard to resist.

The crew cab, short bed combo works well for me, and the principle complaint among hillbilly truck guys--that the Ridgeline is just a Honda Pilot with a pickup bed--is actually something I'm drawn to, as the smooth ride and Pilot-like interior is easy on my achy old joints. I'll take that six ways to Sunday over a rough riding, solid rear axle 4wd off-roading pickup.

Same here. I'm adjusting from the mountain goat-like 4x4 performance of my Jeep Wrangler to the supposedly 4x4, but really AWD, performance of my new Jeep Cherokee. The new ride is a lot gentler on my old bones.
Enjoy the new truck!

Nice looking truck, and a lot more practically sized as well. Congrats.

We bought our Ridgeline in 2014, which was the last year for the old body style. I've never been particularly fond of that strange profile, but it has really been an excellent vehicle and fits our needs very well. It rides very smoothly, it's quiet and things are really well thought out with the fold-up rear seat and the big hidden trunk under the bed.

Did you read the little ID plate?

Congrats.

Two friends have those, and the real-world MPG numbers they're reporting are impressive.

I like them. Perfect for people who don't really need a truck, but don't want the restrictions of an enclosed SUV either.
