too minimalist and plain for my tastes. and that tank is WAY too small. you'll be filling up every 50 miles

Hideous.

It's a look. And - from a design sense - it's a well-integrated look. A little too exaggerated for me to want to own... but I might be convinced by riding it...

46 mpg, 4.4 gallon tank.

OK.. here's the same engine, but more 'cruiser' and less 'chopper':

A black bobber works too. What ever one you would want to get... more elegant pipes would be needed.

Here in red.

I'd ride the one in the OP. The second one looks too... heavy.

Well, nothing like a divergence of opinion :)

The first bike is a Honda Fury... the second is a Honda Stateline, now discontinued, but leftover 2016's may be available.

I like both because of the 'clean' design.... not a lot of gadgets and exposed 'surface entertainment'. I'm definitely requiring a fuel-injected engine (considering the grief I've had with the four carbs on my Magna), and I like the shaft drive. I sat on the Fury, and ergonomically, it was perfect... I haven't tried the Stateline, but it looks extremely close, and I'd prefer the larger tank and longer range.

For Pless: the Indian Scout 60 has a lot going for it: slightly less expensive than either of the Hondas, and there's a dealer within a few miles of my home. However, I've seen some bad reviews (reliability issues), and I don't think it looks as nice as the Stateline.
