Actually, step back several feet and it probably looks pretty interesting. I would not have done the door handles, however.

Years ago when I lived in Jersey City I would see all the pimped out Benzo's and BMW's. You know with wings, fins, bling, rims and booming sound systems. I would joke with a buddy of mine that a phone call would be made to Hans in zeee factory in Stuttgart. Vee hav a nozza job inz Amerika fire up zeee luftwaffe and get me za Luger. A blond aryan in a black turtleneck would show up and take the poor blinged out german auto back to the factory to un-bling it.

Then VW came up with this ad :D

Is it a vinyl wrap rather than a paint job?

At least a few of them are not wraps; this from MailOnline:

"Daria Radionova covered her 55,000 Mercedes CLS 350 in thousands of pounds worth of Swarovski crystals. The Russian native parked the sparkling vehicle outside the Levin Hotel in Knightsbridge this afternoon. Dazzling vehicle courted attention from onlookers with many stopping for their own photos of the bespoke car. Business student spent 20,000 adding one million crystals to the car and said she enjoys driving it around ."

I have seen photos of other ones done similarly. No accounting for taste, eh? (But I bet there's no missing it on a dark road when your headlights hit it!)
