But just watch, the Republican Congress will claim this is all sour grapes, and about election losses. That the Framers of the Constitution were fine with the possibility that Presidents could be enriched by foreign powers, because every President would be of such high moral character that the prospect of getting rich(er) wouldn't possibly have any impact on their decisions etc.
