An awful warning, perhaps.

I live in New Hampshire. Ayotte is my senator. This is the same senator who said that she supports Trump, but does not endorse him. She has said that we must elect Trump and then fight his efforts in the congress. She is trying to have it both ways.

Her re-election campaign is utterly dishonest. It is one lie after another. The good and bad news is that she is in the race of her life against a very good Democratic governor and they are tied in the polls. Keep your fingers crossed.

She had to walk the statement back, shortly thereafter.... but the damage has been done.

Regardless of her virtues and vices, Ayotte has been doing a tightrope act in this election, trying to carry the conservative banner, while refusing to endorse Trump. Not an enviable position to be in, for a candidate.

She has admitted on several occasions that she believes in climate change, but being a Republican she cannot do anything about it. That is not leadership.

She blames the governor on the high price of tuition at the University of New Hampshire, but that fact can be traced to decades of Republican votes in the state government.

She toes the line on every GOP policy that supports big oil, opposes universal health care, etc. while trying to present herself as supporting the working men and women.

With that mentality, What difference does it make WHO is elected?
If Clinton is elected, same thing will happen.

The difference is opposition and inaction vs very bad GOP policies. A GOP-led Congress will stop being the do-nothing wing of government if Trump is elected. Take that to the bank regardless of what Ayotte says.

OMG, they are ridiculing her on The Daily Show tonight! Our senator from NH is a tremendous embarrassment.

Amazing that the race is so tight. Hassan has been a great governor and Ayuck is a really stupid political hack.

Any woman who could possibly, 4 weeks before the election, claim that Trump would be a good role model for children is a snivveling fool.

Up North she has a lot of support, as does Trump. Down South I'm hoping the cities will come through. Portsmouth, Nashua, maybe even Manchester. We'll see.

What a dumb question.

Ayuck's opponent is a woman, Paul. Why do you hate ethical behavior?

Ayotte is pitiful. Her opponent (also a woman Paul & Ron) is a well-regarded past governor. Is Maggie Hassen perfect? Of course not - no one is - but Ayotte is a loser.

Even though I don't think people not voting for the race should be able to contribute, since we can & the Koch Bros. have poured a ton of $ into Ayotte's campaign, I sent Maggie some money.

Uhm. You do realize they are choosing between two candidates who are both women.

I don't see anyone railing against both candidates, so your supposition would be - as usual - ludicrous.

I've been watching her ads closely. It's all lies and misrepresentations. There isn't a word of truth in her campaign.

Ayotte is winning by about 3% with half the voting reported and small towns still to be heard from. The small towns tend to be the more conservative locations. This is disappointing.

It took about 24 hours, but Ayotte is out. Hasson won my 0.1% ! At least one good thing happened yesterday.

Also, Massachusetts voted in pot and out Charter Schools, so that's two more good things.
