Hi, I am an old timer and have never built a boat before, but am going to have a bash at a Selway fisher Little Kate canoe.
Any advice, hints or tips would be welcome.

It is good to see a member of the WBF from Ireland, we do not have enough of you represented.

It is a handsome craft, and stitch and glue is a very good choice for a first time builder, as it is forgiving method of construction. Here is a bit of advice, it can also be quite messy, and it will pay big dividends to work neat and clean.

You will also have to learn to post photos, of course.

Welcome aboard.

Ditto the welcome. Double ditto the working clean. You'll thank yourself later.

Epoxy runs scrape off quite easily if you heat with a heat gun.
