My wife has a Camry - on of the top picks. But it is a 2005. But she does not like the newer styling so she may never buy another.
Best is very subjective.Life is complex. -

I have a 2016 Honda Fit, and am loving it. Two 300 mile round trips to Portland have measured in at 44 mpg. Using cruise control at speed limit + 5 mph. Road noise ??? We used to have a scion xB. You couldn't hold a conversation at 60 mph. Wife recently traded a 2004 Camry for a 2014. BEWARE! The new low-cut "air scoop" plastic pseudo-bumpers are VERY fragile! They will not clear many parking lot dividers.Comment

other than the mazda and it only in cursory fashion not a one of them is interesting to me in the least
consumer reports - blah, blah, blah - people still take their car auto reporting seriously???Simpler is better, except when complicated looks really cool.Comment

Toyota have got a really weird exaggerated dovetail grille thing going on these days , cues from their flagship Lexus I suppose, Audi etc.
Gone a bit too far I think, the dawning of a new age of ugly.
