I have complained to them many times about their website. It is lacking and as you said, goes down often. I may as well talk to the soda machine for what good it has done. I still buy from them all the time.

Warthog. I've hesitated to buy from them because the website is such a mess.
Are you happy with their product and service? And have you by chance purchased floor coatings from them.
I'm thinking of doing my shop floor.

I've allways been pleased with the products. I'm up to about 50gal of 2 to1 epoxy that I have bought from them over the years. They have a 2to1 epoxy bonding putty that is a little more than if you mix epoxy/cabisol yourself, but I really like it and have switched to using it. I measure it by weight.[grams]It mixs quick and lays down like butter. No slump or pinholes. I buy all my fiberglass from them too.
As to epoxy floor coating for the shop. I'd recommend that you paint it with Shurwin Williams Tile Cad HS.
It comes in gal. PartA & B. It run's $36.80per gal of each.
This Tile Cad HS replaced the Tile Cad II product.
We used it in the shop at work [auto shop]and would
use steam cleaning soap and a steam cleaner on it once a week. It would finally lose it's gloss after about 1 1/2yrs. the only way this stuff will come up is if you drop a brake drum on edge, by accident and it chiped the concrete. I have it in my shop at the house. It needs to be repainted. It's not comming up, it just has a lot of paint overspray on it.
One more thing on color. I like the light gray.
There is a light gray that has a 52% light reflective value. That's what we had at work. I went with the 72% light reflective value. It makes the shop much brighter and I like it better.
