Even if you buy the ultra-saturated color reflecting in the water, look at the long stalks of grass on the dock, and look at the little bit of building tucked away under the trees. That rainbow look isn't going to happen without someone putting party lights out. In the upper portion, the forested slope, why would there be a single conifer lit up and reddish in a sea of green, and don't suggest it is somehow a sunset color because in that setting the natural light is clearly from above, as in late morning or early afternoon. But the most obvious is the color of the boat.

i'm thinking its more hdr than photoshop, but some of both more than likely
