A friend sent me these, from seeds brought back from Peru a few years ago. . .

Two different types, don't know what either are called.

Always approach with caution!

Good luck. Have your wife take the first bite.

The small ones look like ear-rings. The seeds came from Peru, but where did your friend grow these?

Not recommended that you insert these into an open wound. :)

The four lower ones look like you should take a match and light the stems. Then stand wayyyyy back.

You are out of my league! I like a good chipotle, but you are welcome to all of the habanero you want.

Was a time when I would just take a bite: CRUNCH.

Now... a few pieces mixed into a pot of stew or sauteed into a pan of sauce. Just for zip, not for heat.
