Alright, so I have a few sections on the piddle that need repaired, and I have never worked on fiberglass before, so far my search has turned out a big 0 for what I am looking for. There is a section on the back left on the bottom corner that you can see in this link

Now the problem I have is, one...I don't know exactly what I am doing for this part, two...should I replace the whole back end or just fix the broken section? and three...if I just repair it instead of replacing it, how do i do that without compromising the plywood on the back of it?

to look at all the pictures of this WIP, see:

Hard to say what you should do looking at the pics. You need to attack the damaged part, grind away some of the paint and glass to really expose the damage to a greater extent than what is evident in the pics. I would also start by removing everything from the boat, seats, wires controls, all of it and give it a good clean out so you can determine if there is any more damage. I suspect I could see some rot in the bottom in one of the pics. Might be worth saving, might not. Nice lines though.

Thanks, everything is off the top, I am still removing everything else, there is one board that does need replaced, and a ton a the old paint/stain has come off of the inside now, but it is that back corner portion that is worrisome. I am still scraping and removing what I can to see what other damage there may be.
