OK, call me a cheap SOB, but I about gagged when I saw the price of a Scandvik 8 inch deep double stainless steel sink. Is there a good source for a more economical sink? I don't have the room for a full sized home kitchen model.

Terry, there are a few RV salvage yards around the area. Maybe one of them will have something to fit the bill. There used to be one near Rochester and I believe Fitz in Woodenville still operates one as well.

It looks like all the RV sinks are 5 inches deep. I'd prefer one of the 8 inch deep sinks.

Maybe an industrial/commercial sink of some type??

Ours was called a "bar sink". Don't remember now what it cost, but I don't think it was much. Home Depot lists an 8" deep model for $69. I think they are around for even less.

Mine is 9" deep. It's made by Sterling. I got it from Defender for about $125. I think. It's been a while.

Looks like Defender doesn't have them any more. I found this one at Hamilton that looks the same. Price is up a bit in the last 6 years though.
