We need to coin a new word for that level of ignorance and stupidity. Igpidity may be appropriate.

'that level of ignorance and stupidity' is open to exploitation. Given the right person with some demagogic and political skills your republic could find itself perverted 'democratically'. I'm sure the Koch bros et al would supply the funds.

This isn't all that surprising considering that It's from a state where the flagship state university is called "UVM" ... but the abbreviation for the state is now and always has been "VT"

To steal from Brian......... and those not educated

.....Every gun that is made, every warship launched, every rocket fired signifies in the final sense a theft from those who hunger and are not fed, those who are cold and not clothed. This world in arms is not spending money alone. It is spending the sweat of its laborers, the genius of its scientists, the hopes of its children.

- Dwight D. Eisenhower

It's that disgusting Latin again! Of course UVM was founded back when anyone with an education knew Latin & most likely Greek.

Universitas Viridis Montis = University of the Green Mountains.

NH more open to them furriners? They keep electing Republicans, so methinks not.

Along the northern borders of VT, NH, & ME you are just as likely to hear French (or at least a strong accent) as you are to hear English. Why aren't these idjuts going after these evil folks?
