I'm installing a water heater which has a heat exchanger for use with my engine. Just in case there is a engine coolant leak into the potable water, I'd like to use propylene glycol. However, for my DD 4-71, it has to be fully formulated TMC RP-330 "Type - A" coolant. After doing a bit of surfing to find a coolant, I'm stumped. Who makes this stuff, and who sells it in Seattle?

A little googling suggests that Nelson/Fleetguard (http://www.fleetguard.com/fleet/en/products/en_prod_fg_cool_anti.jsp) coolant brand
ES COMPLEAT Antifreeze/Coolant PROPYLENE GLYCOL CONCENTRATE & PREMIX (http://www.fleetguard.com/fleet/en/products/en_prod_fg_cool_anti.jsp)
may be what you're looking for.
The product data sheet for the stuff is here (http://www.fleetguard.com/fleet/pdfs/product_lit/fleetguard_brochures/LT15547.pdf) (PDF file).
The MSDS for the concentrate is here (http://www.fleetguard.com/fleet/pdfs/MSDS/MSDS_US/LT16590A.pdf) (PDF), and for the premix, here (http://www.fleetguard.com/fleet/pdfs/MSDS/MSDS_US/LT16589A.pdf) (PDF).
Judging from the product brochure, it looks to be targeted at heavy diesels (railroad engines, tractor trailers, etc.), so a good place to start would probably truck stops and truck part/supply houses.
Or you could ring Nelson/Fleetguard on 1-800-22FILTER (1-800-223-4583)—from the brochure—and let them tell you the local retail suppliers.

Well, I got tired of waiting to hear from Fleetguard. So, I posted a question on the forum. My response was talk to Fleetguard. Humm, sounded familiar...
