The intent: There are no real rules. Just grab any camera, any format, and take a photo (or as many as you like) this week and post it to this thread. My hopes are to foster friendly discussions on the subjects of photography as well as the content of the photographs as they relate to each week's challenge. The challenge this week is 'macro'.

Have fun.

Paul, just bought a new camera. It's going to take me a bit of time to play with it but, I'll try to comply this week!

I took this a year or so ago. Fly's leg taken by using a Canon A630 photographing through the eye piece of an old Bausch and Lomb microscope.

A Fort Laramie strawberry, from the greenhouse:

A local heirloom variety— they taste wonderful.

I probably took this over thirty years ago. Minolta SRT 50mm lens with extension tubes, probably used lens reversing ring. Freezing flies keeps them still.

I just took this as an experiment. The Olympus OM-D E-M10 with Nikon lens adapter, 27.5mm extension tube, Nikkor 135mm. Used Live time and exposed it until it looked right turned out to be about 12 seconds.

Do not touch.
Saddleback caterpillar.

A rather poor scan from film.
