I'll reply to a Blosed Thread! It's an amazing doc. Then as in now. Much of the principles were part of our own. To criticize it shows that some people are quite shallow.rs

'Blosed' is the most awesomerest new word of the day, and I don't even care what it means!

Personally, gents, I think it's high time that Mr. James 'Airlie' Johnston was King Rat for a month, so I hope I will hear a resounding 'Seconded!' and a 'Motion Carried!', when I nominate him, next time around.

Well, I wasn't, obviously. ;)

However, I was sufficiently interested to look into the reason the copy at the lower right of the photo is so badly stained. It seems this copy was part of the Cotton collection, and was damaged in the same fire that nearly claimed the Cotton Vitelius Nowell Codex, which English students will remember as the MS that contains the Beowulf manuscript.

250 copies were sent throughout Britain to make sure the terms were enforced. Did the King and nobles really sign all 250?

I'm all for that!
I can't say how pleased I am with Jamie's recovery from physical illness and mental Troglodyticism and his transformation into an unabashed LIBTARD!
Of course, he never would have made the transformation without my careful hounding, mocking, harassing, demeaning, cruel, insensitive, and "FREE" psychological treatments over the years.;)

It seems the copy in the US National archive is the 1297 version. I did not know that. IIRC, Ross Perot owns a copy, I assume it must also be the 1297 version
