So the Fedex Office / car repair / detailing place has a great waiting room....it's a bar! I can wait for hours for the lube job to be done.....Now I'm trying to get the bartender to get creative and come up with a "specialty" drink menu......any suggestions?

A breathalyser that plugs into a cellphone and uses a specific app is being marketed here in NZ.

The Golden Cadillac comes immediately to mind:

Golden Cadillac. Owning the finned ’59 Cadillac can be sweet, like this drink, which serves two. 2 1/2 oz. Galliano
2 oz. heavy cream
1 1/2 oz. crème de cacao
Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add ingredients. Shake well and strain into two cocktail glasses.





Upon some reflection, there is also The Sidecar

Ingredients

• 3/4 ounce Cointreau
• 3/4 ounce lemon juice
• 1 1/2 ounces cognac

Glass Type: cocktail glass

Instructions

Shake well with cracked ice, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass that has had its outside rim rubbed with lemon juice and dipped in suga
