Just a bit of a Dad brag. Son Brendan passed his road test this morning. Now he can drive his old Pick'em up truck. He also had his first accident on the way home from the road test. We were hit from behind entering the Concord Rotary. No damage....Jeez.

Brendan has hollow legs. He eats constantly.

The truck is a 1996 Ford F-150. Straight 6. He really wanted this vintage of Ford. There are still many on the roads and they are simple enough to work on. He has already done the basics. Oil, filters, brakes, battery, coolant, belts, and hoses. Top speed on the speedometer is 85mph, which makes dad happy. Plus a guy with a truck here in suburbia can make a good living especially when adding snow shoveling services.

Plus it is a 5-speed manual - so he is learning to drive a stick and dad is having fun tooling around town..
