View Full Version : custom plastic fuel tanks

Does anyone know if there is a company that will make a plastic diesel fuel tank to your dimensions? I have one of those outboard fuel tanks that I'm using but I need a fuel return line. I could modify the tank but it's not that great and the tank isn't quite the right size. Actually I'm using the air vent in the filler cap as the fuel return line but then need an air vent. I'm considering just drilling some tiny holes in the top of the tank to vent it, should be good enough. Plastimo has some nice plastic tanks but they just aren't the right size.
