...for either team. Finally, in the fourth quarter.

Good defense.

The Rams sure know how to make the big mistake at exactly the wrong time.

Good win for the Hawks. I bet they're glad to see the Rams leave town, despite the final score.

no doubt. That was no walkover. The Rams looked good.

Not.
In.
Our.
House.

The rest of the league take note.

PS: Nice that they had former Supersonics coach George Karl raise the 12th Man flag.

There is still a chance of a tie at Green Bay.

never mind. The two point conversion was just reversed. That means Seattle has home field. :)

Hawks have held 5 of their last 6 opponents to less than 10 points and led the league in scoring defense for the third straight year at 15.9 points a game. The last team to win the scoring defense title for three consecutive seasons was Minnesota in 1969-71.

I spent all afternoon attempting to unclog a clogged sewer line!!

I see the Seahawks "hang over" is still intact with Arizona loosing to the niner's today, that makes it ten in a row , if a team loses to the Hawks , the last ten times , they've gone on to lose the next week.

Here's a stat I found on line, I heard this on the 8th week , Coach Carroll's had a similar situation at USC , they asked him what he thought about it and all he came up with was it was "interesting and cool " a super stat person might know what to make of it , and how rare it is.

BELOW IS WHAT I C&P'ed from the net::::: I was not the compiler BTW

I compiled some statistics below. The 6th column indicates the record of Seahawks opponents against teams that aren't Seattle and not on the week after.

So teams are 4-11 (.267) the week after Seattle, but are a combined 103-74-1 (.579) 'vs. Other' teams. If you only look at teams from week 6 onwards, that record becomes 0-10 (.000) and 60-47-1 (.556) respectively. Pretty impressive!
Note: Arithmetic might be bad, please check.
Edit: I've added Elo Win% predictions from fivethirtyeight for the games. Straight up predictions gives us 11-4 (.750), and expected W-L was 8.4-6.6 (.560).

Glad that Kam, one of my favorite Hokies, won and is back in the playoffs.

Saw a good quote, advice to playoff teams coming in to CenturyLink Field to try to beat the Seahawks:

" In this space, no one can hear you scream".
