Just saw your message. I have a mast/boom from an old Celebrity sloop, whose owner burned the remains of the boat after I married his ex-wife. These spars are generally within your criteria, but I will check them tomorrow and get back to you. Spars are solid, but perhaps a little light for your proposed use. Will get back shortly. Bruce

Stonecat - this solid spruce mast is 24'5" long, 3-1/8" square at base and 2-1/2" dia at top. For a catboat, this is REALLY light. It has all rigging, incl. 13' boom, and has stays and shrouds - without them it will be overboard.- not practicable in a catboat. I suspect it will go by the board in the first breeze. It is available free to anybody who might need this light rig - halliards and all that, but no sails.
