The person who photoshopped the sepia tones into the pic should have spent a few minutes eliminating the radome as well, but yeah that's niiiiice. :D

It's either a Wolf that someone has added a truck cap to after it was demobbed, or a bog-standard 110 of 300Tdi or Td5 spec, with military side lockers and Wolf wheels fitted.

I don't know the guy who owns these trucks, I just walk by with the dog in the mornings. I'm trying to guess what he would be using the big one for. I admit, not being a truck kinda guy, but having driven some, that this would be fun to go down the road in, at least once.

I would love an old M37, but they have some inherent problems besides riding just as you think they would. They have very low gearing in the tranny and rear diff, so max speed is about 55 miles an hour. On top of that, they were originally six volt.... so you need to convert them to 12 with an alternator. Lots of guys have done it... I think they're the meanest look truck around. That one above is super cool.

50's Fargo (Chrysler) Power Wagon?

Nope, Land Rover Defender 110 or a One-Ten. I don't think it's a Wolf though - it must be one of the early models with the air intake on that side, 200Tdi or earlier.

The photographer states:
Lying off West Kirby this lovely fishing boat was getting her hull cleaned up prior to repainting. I followed the landrover tracks out to her this afternoon.
