I just started building my boat.
I need everything.
Anyone got any sites of used equipment. I need everything to fit out a boat and I hate shopping full price if I don't have to. I'm looking for scrounge sites.

don't pass over your local junkyards either. Some automobile wrecking yards have boats. I saved quite a bit of money buying used fuel tanks( 40 gallon welded aluminum tank with filler and sending unit $30),hatches, steering, and misc hardware from the local junkyard. I was up in Mystic CT a few weeks ago,and found a consignment shop on the river between the bridge and the musuem. boat stuff (http://www.mysticboatstuff.com/) has both trash and treasure. They ship UPS.

Ebay has a pretty good selection over time. What you want may not always be available, but over a month or so just about everything comes up. Go to ebay, then ebay motors, then boats and watercraft, parts and accessories.
