Does anyone have any experience with this trailer? Even seen one? Or is there another suggestion for a light trailer for small skiffs?

A friend just did that "trying to buy a small trailer" dance, just before Christmas. The UPS'able EZ-T as they call it just didn't seem sturdy with that T-shaped tongue to frame attachment. Then to get 12" tires you had to pay more.
His solution was to buy a EZ-12. Looks like a standard trailer with the curved-in side rails, had 12" tires, and the springs were still soft enough for his very light skiff. Had to go through a local dealer, which pushed the price to $480 plus tax, plus registration..

I've got a steel extention that fits in a reciever hitch and places a strong crossbar about 4 ft. back from the bumper .It can be adjusted to match the hieght of your cars bed . With a shortbed pickup I'm good out to about an 18 ft. boat . A station wagon or SUV could carry smaller boats , and no extra lights , registration , excetera .Comes in the mail too .
